Deeply experienced in high reliability, patient and workforce safety, Human Factors application to Root Cause Analysis, and system-level management of quality and safety, Dr. Salvon-Harman was previously the CPSO/VP Quality and Medical Director of IPC for Presbyterian Healthcare Services in New Mexico. Retired from the US Public Health Service, he dedicated 20 years to the Indian Health Service and the US Coast Guard as a clinician and leader.
