Krista Hirschmann, PhD, has worked in the field of Healthcare Communication for over 20 years helping clinical teams and leaders improve their communication, strengthen their relationships, and generate optimal outcomes. More specifically, she is a Faculty member of the Academy of Communication in Healthcare and has served in multiple leadership roles within the organization, she is certified in Relational Coordination and Psychological Safety. Previously, she worked at Lehigh Valley Health Network for 14 years where she collaborated extensively with Primary Care, Ob/Gyn, and Hospice and Palliative Medicine. She currently consults with healthcare organizations, teaches at Lehigh University, and is a Master Gardener with the Penn State Extension.
