Lori Faber, VP of Clinical Operations at AMN Healthcare, is responsible for leading, developing, and overseeing the Nursing and Allied Clinical Operations teams. Prior to joining AMN Healthcare 9 years ago, Faber spent 15 years at The Johns Hopkins Hospital where she worked in the Neurosciences Department and later became Director of Nurse Recruitment. She has over 25 years of clinical nursing and leadership experience. She graduated with a BSN from Bloomsburg University. She earned her MSN in Healthcare Administration as well as an MBA, both from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD, where she currently resides. She is a member of AONL and MONL, a board member of NOBC, and prior board member of both MAHCR and NAHCR. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, volunteering, and being a band, lacrosse, and wrestling mom!
