Sue Stempek serves as the VP of Beth Israel Lahey Health’s Hospital at Home program, which currently serves two of BILH’s acute care hospitals. Sue is a PA by clinical training and has spent her career in pulmonary & critical care medicine. Her undergraduate degree is in Economics (University of Vermont) and she attended Emory University’s PA program, subsequently spending 8 years in private practice. Sue returned to her New England roots in 2012, serving in various hospital operations leadership roles and completed her MBA (MIT) in 2020. She is grateful to grow the patient centered Hospital at Home model.
