Tara Talley, PMP, has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in development, maintenance, and performance of value base programs, network contracting, network development, education, and management. Tara’s current focus as an Operations Manager within the Health Services Division, leads the organizations efforts in assessing solutions to support health care providers improve performance and patient experience through programs that place the member at the center of care. Tara also focuses on health equity initiatives to support Alabamians in maternal health, behavioral health, and primary care. Tara is a graduate of Faulkner University and APU.
