Joeffrey Hatton is Regional Director of Hospital Quality and Strategic Initiatives for Kaiser Permanente Northern California, where he leads region-wide, transformative care delivery initiatives and programs across 21 medical centers. He has overseen Kaiser Permanente Northern California’s Advanced Care at Home quality program since its inception in 2020 and assumed broader operational oversight of the program in 2023. Before joining Kaiser Permanente in 2012, Joef spent four years at Epic Systems, leading enterprise electronic medical record installations at major hospital systems across the country. He earned his MBA with a focus on Healthcare Strategy from Yale University.
