Her passion for co-creating solutions with interprofessional teams has driven her success in building exemplary experience programs across healthcare provider and payor organizations. As a senior executive, she has successfully led cross-functional teams, forged strategic partnerships, and secured executive buy-in for key experience initiatives. Her ability to align organizational vision with operational execution has resulted in significant improvements in patient satisfaction and overall care quality. Amber holds both a master’s and a doctorate degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, and maintains her certification as a Patient Experience Professional.
