As a senior executive, she has successfully led cross-functional teams, forged strategic partnerships, and secured executive buy-in for key experience initiatives. Her ability to align organizational vision with operational execution has significantly improved patient satisfaction and overall care quality. Amber holds both a master’s degree and a doctorate from the University of Nevada, Reno, and is certified as a Patient Experience Professional.
