Joe spent the first 10 years of his career in the hotel and dining operations industry and has nearly 30 years of experience working in the fields of HR and Diversity and Inclusion. He has held multiple senior leadership roles throughout his career. Prior to joining Premier Inc., Joe was the SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Diversity Officer for Erickson Living, a large continuing care retirement community organization. Joe has also held roles as Vice President of HR & Organizational Development and Chief Diversity Officer at Snyder’s-Lance, a leading manufacturer of snack foods, and Chief Diversity Officer, Vice President of Relations Development at Compass Group, a global contract dining and services organization.
