Maura Nazario, MSN, RN, SANE

Maura Nazario is the Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer for AdventHealth’s Home Health, Hospice, Hospital at Home programs and virtual care programs. In this role, she provides strategic and operational leadership for a broad continuum of post-acute care services across the enterprise, including oversight of more than 5,000 daily home health patients and 1,300 hospice patients. Maura successfully launched AdventHealth’s Hospital at Home initiative and serves as co-lead for the system’s Remote Patient Monitoring strategy. Maura also is a member of the Clinical Cabinet for Enterprise, Nursing Advisory Council and Virtual Care Steering Executive Committee. Maura has been a leader for 28 years in various roles that have provided her a extensive background to leading various teams and initiatives. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to innovation, safety, and whole-person care.
