Dr. Chang is the Chief Transformation Officer at TGH. He began his career as Academic Hospitalist before becoming TGH’s Chief Medical Informatics Officer. Dr. Chang’s role later expanded to lead the design and implementation of TGH’s Clinical Command Center (CareComm). In his current transformation role, Dr. Chang is focused on designing TGH’s future care framework and architecture for advanced care coordination. He also led the development of TGH’s Hospital at Home program and the creation of TGH’s experience center. His primary goal is to improve access to world-class patient care and find novel ways to improve care delivery.
