Tripp Welch is the Administrator for the Program in Professionalism and Values at Mayo Clinic, promoting the core value, “The needs of the patient come first.” He is a member of the Mayo Clinic Values Council, Leadership Lecture Series Steering Committee, Committee for Employee Well-Being, and Consumer Digital Platform Advisory Committee. Previously, Tripp served as the Vice Chair of Quality with oversight of Patient Experience and Health Equity and Inclusion. He has held various roles over his 30-year career at Mayo Clinic, including Clinical Administrator, Research Administrator, Section Head in Human Resources, and Marketing Consultant, beginning his tenure in 1996 as an Administrative Fellow.
