Dr. Virginia Irwin-Scott is a nephrologist and healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience in chronic kidney disease management and value-based care. As National Director of Kidney Care at ChenMed, she oversees population health strategies for 80,000 CKD patients nationwide, leveraging AI-driven analytics and physician engagement to improve outcomes and reduce costs. Dr. Irwin-Scott serves on the Board of the Renal Physicians Association and as Governor of the NY–NJ Chapter of the American College of AI in Medicine, where she advances innovation at the intersection of clinical care, policy, and technology.
