Andrea Werner, BSW, MSW

Andrea Werner is Chief Population Health Officer for Emplify Health, a fully integrated healthcare delivery system serving parts of Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, and Iowa. She leads Emplify’s transformation from a traditional health system to a population health organization, focused on creating healthy people and thriving communities. Andrea oversees teams dedicated to Community Health and Wellness, Business Health, and Accountable Care, working collaboratively with patients, employers, communities, and government partners to build healthier futures for all. She views population health as a “together picture,” emphasizing cross-sector partnership and inclusive design. Andrea holds a BSW from Marquette University, an MSW from The University of Iowa, and completed the Improvement Advisor Training Program with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement.
