Caroline is a licensed attorney fourteen years’ experience in healthcare, elder justice, regulatory and healthcare compliance, and policy. Caroline is the Director of Licensure and Regulation for the Health Facilities Commission and is the CMS State Survey Director for Tennessee. Caroline is the current Vice President for the Association of Health Facility Survey Agencies (AHFSA).
