Dana Gossett MD MSCI is the Stanley H. Kaplan Professor and Chair of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at NYU Grossman School of Medicine. She is a practicing physician, leader, educator and researcher with over 30 years of experience. Dr. Gossett is an examiner for the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, serves on the Board of the Society of Academic Specialists in General Obstetrics and Gynecology and is an elected member of the American Gynecologic and Obstetric Society. She earned her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania and did her clinical training at Johns Hopkins Medicine. Her clinical practice focuses on gynecologic care for women of all ages, with particular interests in midlife health and menopause, and adolescent gynecology.
