With a unique blend of expertise in human-centered design, strategy, innovation, and foresight, Denise is deeply passionate about solving complex healthcare problems and shaping the future of healthcare. Currently serving as the Vice President of Consumerism at Memorial Hermann Health System, Denise leads a team of human-centered designers at the forefront of designing and delivering next-generation products and services that meet human wants and needs. Before her current role, Denise established the human-centered design practice at MD Anderson Cancer Center and served as the Executive Director of Innovation. She also led the strategy and innovation practice for a creative think tank solving the needs of large national healthcare payors and providers.
