Gabe Charbonneau, MD

Gabe Charbonneau, MD, is a rural family physician and tech entrepreneur. He co-founded Medicine Forward with Dr. Eric Topol as a non-profit uniting healthcare change leaders to champion the patient-physician relationship. He also co-founded Fluent Systems, an EHR automation company, and serves as EHR faculty at Practicing Excellence. Dr. Charbonneau has advised the AI scribe companies Tenor and Saykara, and created the #FightBurnout movement and FightBurnout.org. He lives and practices in Stevensville, Montana.
