Jeffrey Merida, RN, MSN, TNCC, CNML is the Senior Director of Capacity Management, Hospital at Home and Inpatient Pediatrics at the UMass Memorial Medical Center (UMMMC), where he has worked for the past 23 years in various clinical and leadership roles across the Medical Center. In his current role, he oversees operations of the Transfer and Access Center, Bed Management, Hospital at Home, Patient Transport, Remote Video Monitoring for patient safety, Nursing Supervisors, Staffing Office, Pediatrics, PICU, and Child Life.
