Jethrone Prince M. Role, DNP, MSN, RN, CENP, LHIT, is a nursing informatics leader, educator, and AI innovator focused on advancing data-driven practice and equitable staffing in healthcare. He serves as Director of the Supplemental Staffing Network at Loma Linda University Health, where he leads strategic workforce optimization initiatives and develops technology-enabled solutions to improve staffing operations. Dr. Role is an Associate Professor at the Loma Linda University School of Nursing, where he teaches Big Data Analytics and conducts research on automation, emerging technologies, and nursing innovation. As an ANA California Advocacy Fellow, he authored the preliminary report, “”The Impact of AI on Equitable Staffing””.
