Dr. Wright has a passion for Nutrition, Internal Medicine, hospital medicine and complex patient care. Her love of cardiology includes treatment of difficult to manage hypertension, congestive heart failure including end stage and goals of care conversations, and coronary arterial disease for all genders.
Dr. Wright recently returned to Toronto to be closer to her family. She completed her medical training at the University of New England in Maine and her Internal Medicine Residency and Fellowship at the University of New Mexico and the Raymond Murphy Veterans Health Center in Albuquerque. She is committed to patient-centered care and to physician wellness. When not seeing patients, Dr. Wright is the Chair of the Nutrition Committee for the American Medical Women’s Association as well as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer for ACP Ontario, an Internal Medicine physician group.
