Matthew J. Quin, MS, RN, is an advisor and leadership consultant in healthcare and health tech settings focused on leadership development and expanding access, affordability, and efficiency of care delivery. Renowned for his inclusive leadership, he has a proven track record of mobilizing high-performing teams to achieve strategic goals, advance care quality, and deliver organizational and care model redesign. Quin’s experience spans executive leadership roles, including President, COO, and CNO of Women & Infants Hospital. He also has served as an adjunct faculty member at the NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing and the University of Rhode Island School of Nursing. Before this work, Quin served as the Director of Burn Trauma Surgery and Cardiac Surgery at Brigham & Women’s Hospital, where his leadership contributions to the field have been honored with multiple awards.
