Mindy G Spigel, RN, MSN, CPXP

Mindy Spigel’s passion is helping people create meaningful connections as a leader, a team member, and while caring for customers. It is her desire to alleviate patient fears, build trust, and create an exceptional experience for all. Spigel is proud to be a nurse with both a Masters and Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. She is a certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) with experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings. As an educator, Spigel has taught in both academic and clinical settings and has been honored to have presented at national, state and local conferences and for numerous healthcare organizations. Her research study on fears experienced by patients and families is available on Amazon in a book entitled, “There’s A Snake on My Head.“ Her TED talk entitled, “How to Meet Fear With Compassion,” is available on YouTube.
