Randy Van Straten is Vice President of Business Health at Emplify Health by Bellin, where he leads nationally recognized strategies to help employers reduce healthcare costs while improving employee well-being. His team delivers data-driven, measurable solutions in partnership with businesses across the country. With more than 40 years of experience in community health, sports medicine, physical therapy, and occupational health, Randy combines deep clinical insight with strategic business leadership. He also consults with health systems globally to scale innovative care models. A dedicated advocate for wellness, Randy serves as the longtime Executive Director of the Bellin Run, one of the nation’s largest and longest-running 10K races. An accomplished athlete himself, he is a 14-time Boston Marathon finisher. He holds an MBA and a degree in Exercise Physiology.
