Sally Anne Brown is Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. As Chief Legal Officer, Ms. Brown provides strategic and administrative leadership to Legal Department staff and provides direct legal support to Mayo Clinic’s executive leadership and Board of Trustees. Prior to this role, she served as Associate Chief Legal Officer for Mayo Clinic and Chair of Advanced Care at Home (ACH), Mayo Clinic’s acute hospital-at-home program. She also served as Division Chair for the Florida Division of the Legal Department and managed malpractice claims and litigation in Florida, in addition to leading legal work for the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
