Dr. Sanjay Doddamani is the Founder and CEO of Guidehealth, where he leads efforts to revolutionize AI-enabled health services and value-based care. Under his leadership, Guidehealth partners with leading health systems and clinically integrated networks, supporting more than half a million lives across four states and all payor types.
With over two decades of experience in healthcare innovation, Dr. Doddamani has held entrepreneurial, clinical, and federal leadership roles. He previously served as Senior Advisor at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI), where he helped develop alternative payment models to advance value-based care. Clinically, he pioneered multidisciplinary home-based care and served as Chief Medical Officer of Geisinger at Home, integrating primary and specialty care with community-based programs.
