Misiaszek, PhD is the Head of Research with the Korn Ferry Institute, where she leads global research initiatives to drive innovation and align academic-corporate collaborations with strategic business goals. With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Misiaszek has demonstrated expertise in advancing organizational transformation and fostering partnerships that bridge academia and industry. Dr. Misiaszek co-authored and published the book Branding That Means Business with The Economist in September 2022. Her recent works explore topics such as building change-ready organizations and the impact of emerging technologies like generative AI on workforce strategies. Dr. Misiaszek holds a PhD from Simmons University, a MPH from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a Bachelor of Science in Resource Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
