Michael Capriotti is Senior Vice President, Integration and Strategic Operations at Virtua Health, the largest health system in Southern New Jersey. Capriotti has been responsible for designing and implementing Virtua’s Hospital at Home program. Virtua’s program has treated more than 1,000 patients with more than 3,200 home days in its first 24 months. In addition, he oversees Virtua’s Patient Logistics department including Virtua’s paramedic program, emergency medical technicians services, medical transportation services as well as Virtua’s transfer center. Capriotti is also leading Virtua’s Enterprise Care Logistics Center focusing on system-wide throughput and capacity, real-time quality intervention and virtual clinical care.
