Andrew W. Nance, MD, DipABLM is a family medicine physician, educator, and health system leader specializing in Lifestyle Medicine and whole-person care. He is the founder and Medical Director of Lifestyle Medicine at Advocate Health, where he designed and scaled a multidisciplinary department that integrates care across clinic, home, and community settings. Dr. Nance serves as faculty at Wake Forest University School of Medicine, where he teaches and conducts community-engaged research. His work focuses on redesigning preventive care delivery by building and implementing care models that apply behavior change principles to real-world clinical workflows across the healthcare continuum.
