Clinical Nursing Director, Advanced Care at Home Care Kaiser Permanente Northern California
Vance Purcell, MBA, BSN, RN, PHN, is the Kaiser Permanente Northern California Advanced Care at Home’s Clinical Nursing Director, leading Clinical Operations for the growing service line. He joined the department in December 2023 after spending nearly 10 years leading one of KP’s largest Home Health and Hospice programs in Sacramento, California. Since joining the ACAH team, he designed the nursing infrastructure and worked with all vendor partners to grow and develop the service, including designing and building the nursing leadership structure from the ground up and designing the care transitions team responsible for service line throughput. Additionally, he leads key initiatives in Care Experience, Performance Improvement, and Expansion Training.
