Dr. Jared Conley MD PhD MPH is an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School and an emergency physician at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH). He serves as the Associate Director of the MGH Healthcare Transformation Lab, where he leads a team of clinicians and engineers to enhance the quality and affordability of acute healthcare through technology and innovation.
He additionally serves as an advisor to MGH’s Home Hospital program and as the Medical Advisor for the World Hospital at Home Community. His digital health work is broad but is particularly focused on new, tech-enabled models of care, including hospital at home (HaH). He was recently asked to chair the first-ever HaH technology forum in March 2023.
As Microsoft’s Global CMO, David has led efforts around the COVID-19 pandemic (working with WHO, CDC, and U.S. States), responsible AI (as co-founder of the Trustworthy Responsible AI Network [TRAIN], and rural health (as co-founder of the Rural Health Transformation Collaborative).
He has pioneered the development of evidence-based order sets in EHRs while at Zynx Health and home-based cardiac rehab while at Samsung. He holds six U.S. technology patents that enable authoring, mapping, and integration of clinical decision support into electronic health records.
He has sat on National Quality Forum’s Executive CSAC Board; is Chair-emeritus for Consumer Technology Association’s Health Technology Board; and serves on the Executive Advisory Board for AdvaMed Digital Health and NESTcc (medical device advisory for FDA, CMS, & NIH).
John Campbell served for 20 years as CIO for Post-acute Care and Home-Based Care at Mass General Brigham (MGB) in Boston MA, where he led Digital Strategy for the rapid scaling of MGBs Home Hospital program. John has over 25 years of Healthcare Information Technology experience. John is an active member of CHIME, HIMSS and ACHE and holds an MBA from The Isenberg School, UMASS Amherst. In 2012, John earned the distinguished Certified Healthcare Chief Information Officer (CHCIO) certification. In addition, John serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors of OpenCape (www.opencape.com) a 5013c corporation in Barnstable MA.
Chris Adamec has 15 years of experience elevating and empowering clinicians, patients, caregivers, and organizations to influence federal policymakers and enact changes in health policy. In addition to providing consulting services, Chris also serves as the Executive Director of the Alliance for Connected Care, a 501(c)(6) organization dedicated to ensuring that all patients are able to realize the benefits of connected care. Prior to joining Sirona Strategies in 2019, Chris convened a wide range of policy stakeholders for the Primary Care Collaborative (PCC) and served as Director of Policy at the Healthcare Leadership Council (HLC), a coalition of chief executives of the nation’s leading healthcare companies and organizations. In these roles, he worked to convene leaders from all sectors of healthcare and built consensus for multi-stakeholder policy advocacy on a broad range of issues.
Rikki Cheung, MPH, is a Senior Director at Sirona Strategies, where she advises clients on federal health policy with a focus on digital health and the advancement of care delivered in the home. Rikki works across the digital health portfolio to help health care organizations navigate complex legislative and regulatory landscapes and translate policy developments into actionable strategies. Rikki also serves as an advisor to the Remote Monitoring Leadership Council, supporting efforts addressing policy barriers to RPM adoption. Additionally, Rikki plays a central role in advancing the missions of the Alliance for Connected Care and Moving Health Home, helping shape national strategies to expand telehealth, remote monitoring, and care at home. A board-certified OB-GYN, she has spent more than 20 years leading large-scale care transformation, multidisciplinary medical groups, and the responsible integration of AI into clinical practice. Most recently, she served as Group Vice President and Chief of Virtual Care and Digital Health at Providence, where she led initiatives including remote patient monitoring, virtual nursing, inpatient telehealth, and hospital-at-home. Kevin King, MD, PHD, is an Associate Professor at UC San Diego where he cares for patients as a cardiologist and directs a research lab with two focuses - studying mechanisms of disease using single cell and spatial multi-omics, and training deep learning models to “see” early signs of clinical deterioration and impending hospitalizations from non-contact sensor data during sleep.
He is co-founder of Nightingale Labs, an NIH-funded startup that brings bed-based RPM and AI-based analytics to health systems, care providers, researchers, and families. Their ambient RPM has been used to monitor neonates with congenital heart disease, pregnant mothers in rural Uganda, and diverse high-risk adults in population health programs.
Pamela King, MBA, CPM, PMP is the Manager for Florida’s Health Information Exchange with the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). Pam has over 30 years of experience in the areas of health care administration and health information exchange. Her current focus is predominantly on strategic planning and adoption of technology within healthcare. She is responsible for administering the Agency’s Florida Health Information Exchange and other programs within the Florida Center for Health Information and Transparency. Prior to joining AHCA, Pamela worked for the Florida Department of Health, in several executive positions.
Dr. Sarah N Pletcher is the Chief Digital Health Officer at Houston Methodist. In this role, she leads the health system on strategy, development, acceleration and execution of new care models and innovations that are transforming the health system into its next decade- including use of technologies like virtual care, remote monitoring, ambient voice and sensing, AI, and comprehensive 'care redesign' efforts.
Prior to joining Houston Methodist, Dr Pletcher was the founder of the Centers for Connected Care & Telehealth at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, where she led the health system in the selection and implementation of new strategies utilizing telehealth technology platforms, and developed new clinical products and telemedicine programs across multiple specialties, and in multiple settings.
Dr. Pritchett is an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Oncology at the Mayo Clinic. He serves his patients as a community oncologist & hematologist. His research is centered on the design and implementation of innovative models of cancer care delivery, with a focus on bridging the divide for cancer patients experiencing barriers in access to care - particularly rural populations.
He is the founder and medical director of Mayo Clinic’s “DEFeNDR” program – a remote patient monitoring (RPM) system that leverages digital health to facilitate outpatient management for cancer patients experiencing neutropenic fever. Raimond Winslow is the director of life sciences and medicine research at the Roux Institute. Winslow’s research is in computational medicine, an emerging discipline that applies mathematics, engineering, and computational science to understand and more effectively treat human disease.
