Athena Doshi graduated from the University of California, San Diego, in 2020 with a B.S. in Physiology and Neuroscience. She began her entrepreneurial journey by creating Project Kilimanjaro, a public health SaaS platform serving 1000+ organizations until its 2021 acquisition. Shortly afterward, she managed over $3 billion in digital health initiatives across various healthcare enterprises. In addition, Doshi launched a personalized contraception platform using drug metabolism data to match patients with prescriptions that promote high medication adherence. In 2024, Doshi created ExactRx, a healthcare technology company delivering AI-powered revenue insurance for outpatient surgery centers, supported by the National Science Foundation and featuring patent-pending localized LLM technology. Her work has earned recognition from Fast Company’s 2024 World Changing Ideas.
