Billie Adler is a Patient & Family Experience Specialist and the PFAC Program Manager at UMass Memorial Medical Center, where she leads initiatives to enhance experiences of care and elevate the voices of patients and families throughout the organization. In her role, Billie oversees the Medical Center’s Patient and Family Advisory Councils, guiding the recruitment, onboarding, and meaningful engagement of members, working in close partnership with hospital leadership and staff to ensure patients and families have a voice in shaping policies, programs, and priorities.
