Britney Heaton is the Executive Director of Medical Operations for the Florida market of Cleveland Clinic, which includes five hospitals and over 35 ambulatory clinical sites spanning from Weston to Vero Beach. In this role, she is responsible for the integrated planning and coordination of efficient and effective operations. She takes a special focus on functions such as access to care, throughput, and transitions of care. Britney is one of the founders of Cleveland Clinic’s Hospital Care At Home model, which started seeing patients in April of 2023. She is passionate about pairing operations with the patients’ perspective and finding ways to deliver a truly optimal experience. Britney received a master’s degree in health administration from The University of Florida. She is a fellow of The Health Management Academy’s GE Fellows Program for Administrative Executives.
