Casey Micheil is a Daisy Award-winning registered nurse and dedicated healthcare leader with 14+ years of experience across urgent care, emergency, pediatric, and specialty practice settings. As the inaugural RN Practice Manager for UCI Health’s premier Urgent Care, she has led site openings, operational strategy, staff development, and regulatory compliance. Formerly an ESI triage-certified Emergency Room RN, LVN Clinical Supervisor, and Nursing Educator, Micheil combines clinical expertise with people-centered leadership, fostering resilient, high-performing teams while prioritizing patient safety, staff engagement, and human connection. She also is actively engaged in her community, volunteering on the boards of AYSO Region 1422 and ACNL Orange County/Long Beach.
