Dr. Catherine MacLean is principal at Healthcare Value Solutions, helping organizations design and implement value-based programs. She currently serves as a senior value advisor for Hospital for Special Surgery, where she previously led strategies to measure, report, and improve healthcare value—efforts recognized by the World Economic Forum. An internationally recognized expert in healthcare quality and value, she has extensive leadership experience across population health, quality, and value initiatives, including prior executive roles at Elevance Health, academic research at UCLA and RAND, and service on numerous national committees and boards.
