Medical Director, Hospital at Home Advocate Health
Daniel Tonellato, MD, FAAEM, is the medical director for the Advocate Health Hospital at Home programs in Illinois and Wisconsin. He also works as an emergency physician and physician advisor/medical director of care management at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, a tertiary care and Level 1 Trauma center just outside Chicago. Dr. Tonellato helped design and implement the Hospital at Home programs in Illinois and Wisconsin and works closely with nursing, administrative, and mobile integrated health leaders to ensure patients receive high-quality, safe care in their preferred location: the home.
