Danny Metzger-Traber

Danny Metzger-Traber is Vice President of Strategic Business Operations for Mass General Brigham Healthcare at Home, overseeing strategic direction for home-based service lines, including one of the nation’s largest Home Hospitals and New England’s largest Home Care agency. He previously held senior strategy roles at the Massachusetts Medicaid Agency and Optum. As a healthcare consultant at Oliver Wyman, Danny drove enterprise strategy development across payers, providers and life sciences companies. Danny specializes in expanding value-based care, integrating clinical and technology assets, and scaling home-based care solutions.
