Dara James, PhD, MS

Dara L. James, PhD, MS, is a Contract Behavior Scientist at Johnson & Johnson, Adjunct Faculty at Arizona State University and Independent Research Consultant. Dr. James holds a PhD in Nursing and Healthcare Innovation and a Master’s degree in Exercise and Wellness. Dr. James has been immersed in research for the last 15 years and has successfully procured grant funding through which she has executed multiple clinical trials and published numerous peer-reviewed articles. Her current work focuses on the intersection between employee well-being, workplace culture and organizational success, bridging research insights with real-world applications to cultivate sustainable and thriving infrastructures rooted in care and resilience.
