Diane is committed to creating learning experiences that help people learn, grow, connect, and achieve a meaningful impact. She began her career as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, supporting individuals and families facing complex challenges. Over time, she moved into teaching and organizational development, drawn to the ways that learning can strengthen people and systems.
Now serving as Chief Learning Officer at the Mount Sinai Health System, Diane leads an exceptionally talented team to shape and implement learning strategies that support leadership development, workforce growth, engagement, and patient experience. Her focus is on practical yet innovative people-centered learning that aligns with the mission of the health system. She is a Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP), a Certified Organizational Development Coach, and a Certified Change Management Coach.
