Dwight McBee, MBA, BSN, RN, CPX

In his role as SVP, Chief Patient Experience Officer, Dwight McBee is responsible for the advancement and integration of patient experience strategies and priorities in alignment with RWJBarnabas Health’s mission, values and business goals. Working collaboratively with facility and system leadership, Mr. McBee is developing and executing critical patient experience and engagement initiatives. Mr. McBee holds a dual role, also serving as the Chief Patient Experience Officer for the system’s flagship academic medical center, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. He is a Certified Patient Experience Professional and member of the Patient Experience Institute and the Society for Human Resource Management.
