Elizabeth L. Holder, Ed.D.

Dr. Elizabeth L. Holder is a servant leader with over 17 years in healthcare. As System Director of Patient Experience at SSM Health, she partners with leaders to drive outcomes and currently co-leads a Vituity initiative exploring health equity’s impact on patient experience. Dr. Liz recently published an article in Healthcare Tech Outlook and contributed to How I Got Over: The Educational Pursuit of Black Female Scholars and Conversations Magazine. She is an active member of the National Association of Health Services Executives (St. Louis Chapter) and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Passionate about mentoring, she also serves on dissertation committees for Saint Joseph’s University’s IDEPEL program.
