Erica Olenski, BCPA, FACHDM, is an award-winning Board-Certified Patient Advocate, strategic communications executive, and Vice President at FINN Partners. With 15 years in healthcare innovation, she brings deep expertise in strategic storytelling, patient-caregiver experience, and the ethical application of emerging technologies. Her advocacy is grounded in personal experience, not only as the primary caregiver to her son, a four-time brain cancer and stroke survivor, but also as someone who has navigated her own health challenges. These lived experiences inform her belief that empathy and ethics must be foundational to innovation. Her work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Good Morning America, and major healthcare forums.
