Erica Rubinstein, MS, LCSW, CPXP

Erica Rubinstein is the Vice President of Patient Experience for Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS). She is a passionate leader who works to align the mission, vision, and values of the health system around both the patient and employee experience. Erica and her team partner with key stakeholders across the health system to develop and align a system-wide patient experience data strategy, that focuses on looking at both patient and staff feedback to create an environment that is safe, caring, and equitable for all. Through Erica’s leadership, the MSHS has transformed the way that we collaborate with patients through storytelling, work to drive equity across the areas we serve patients and families, and coach leaders and staff to improve key behaviors that drive both the staff and patient’s overall experience at Mount Sinai.
