Erin Poirier

Co-Chair, the Family Advisory Council Boston Children’s Hospital

Erin Poirier is a mother of two neurodivergent children with a rare genetic disorder. She serves as the Co-Chair of the Family Advisory Council (FAC) at Boston Children’s Hospital, where she partners with senior leadership to ensure that the family voice is meaningfully embedded throughout the organization’s policies, practices, and strategic initiatives. In her role, Erin works to amplify diverse perspectives, elevate lived experience, and foster collaborative relationships between families and hospital staff. She ensures that all voices heard, respected, and valued.
