Dr. Genevieve Parsons is the Chief Wellness and Leadership Officer (CWO) of Children’s Primary Care Medical Group (CPCMG), a physician-owned pediatric practice serving patients at 28 sites throughout the San Diego and Riverside regions. Under Dr. Parsons’ leadership, in 2023 the American Medical Association (AMA) awarded CPCMG a prestigious Joy in Medicine™ Health System Recognition citation (Silver Level), one of only 72 programs in the country to achieve this distinction. Dr. Parsons has completed the prominent Stanford Medicine WellMD & WellPhD Chief Wellness Officer (CWO) Training Program.
In her role as CWO, Dr. Parsons works closely with other leaders in CPCMG’s C-suite, including the CEO and CMO, to advance clinician wellness initiatives.
