Gigi Fergus is a successful healthcare executive and consultant with over 35 years of experience in for-profit and non-profit hospitals and medical centers throughout the U.S. She formed Memorable Care, a boutique management consultancy firm specializing in transformational leadership in healthcare facilities with core expertise in cultural, clinical, and financial breakthroughs in distressed and struggling facilities. She is currently engaged as an Interim CEO at a hospital in Kansas. Considered an expert in hospital productivity and staffing, Fergus began transforming her staffing and budgeting process into software. Now in beta testing, her software, StaffWise, is focused on bridging the gap between workforce management tools and frontline management, resulting in safe staffing, fiscal responsibility, and improved financial knowledge of frontline management.
