Dr. Harris Baden is a Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Washington School of Medicine and a nationally recognized leader in Pediatric Cardiac Critical Care and healthcare experience. He balances high-acuity clinical practice with academic leadership as a co-founder of the Pediatric Experience Collaborative and Chair of the Beryl Institute’s Physician Advisory Council. A nominee for the Schwartz Center National Caregiver of the Year, Dr. Baden focuses on leveraging relational care to enhance enterprise effectiveness and compassion across the healthcare continuum.
