Dr. Goldberg received her MD at New York University School of Medicine and completed her residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center here in Boston. She went on to complete her PCCM clinical fellowship at University of Texas Health Science Center, and fellowship in Lung Transplantation at University of Minnesota Medical Center.
Since joining the Harvard Medical School (HMS) community as an Instructor in 2005, she has served in various leadership roles at BWH, serving as Medical Director of the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program; Co-Director of the Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) Clinic and Clinical Director of the Center for LAM Research and Clinical Care and Medical Director of the BWH Lung Transplant Program, overseeing a significant increase in volume and improvement in post-transplant outcomes during her tenure. She also served as the inaugural Physician Lead for Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement in Solid Organ Transplantation at BWH, as well as Clinical Director and Interim Chief of the PCCM Division at BWH. Currently, she serves as Vice Chair of Quality/Assistant CMO for the MGB AMC Department of Medicine and is an Associate Professor of Medicine at HMS.
