She has a proven track record of building strong nursing teams, enhancing patient flow and bed management, developing new service lines, and improving care models. Her expertise spans critical care, med-surg, and float pool management, and she has played a key role in launching new hospitals and advancing organizational efficiency. She is currently the Vice President of Hospital Services and Chief Nursing Officer at Craig Hospital in Englewood, Colorado, where she has oversight over Nursing, Pharmacy, Quality, Infection Prevention, Respiratory and Ancillary Services, and Magnet and Nursing Research.
