Born and raised in Philadelphia, Jeff Cohn trained in Internal Medicine at Einstein, did his HEM/ONC Fellowship at Emory and Johns Hopkins, where he practiced for the first half of his career. He eventually moved into a leadership role, becoming Einstein’s first Chief Quality Officer for over 10 years. In 2012, he left Einstein to lead a small non-profit organization, the Plexus Institute. Then, he worked as the physician on a couple of innovation teams, working with designers to solve important healthcare issues. He received his coach training and certification in 2018 and has been working to support physicians since then. Along the way, he also got a Master’s in Healthcare Management from Harvard School of Public Health.
